The right-handed Jenkins, 25, has posted a 1.20 earned-run average in four games, three starts with New Hampshire this season without a decision. He has a combined minor league record of 0-3 with a 4.54 earned-run average in 11 games, 10 starts while pitching for Buffalo, New Hampshire and the Gulf Coast Blue Jays. Jenkins has a 1-0 record with a 3.60 ERA in three starts for Toronto this season. The right-handed Wang, 33, has posted a 4-4 record in nine starts with a 2.33 ERA for Buffalo.
